Off The Shoulder Train

I have been protesting these tops for so long ya’ll. I honestly hate that when you lift up your arms more than .18375 inches they slide up and are no longer OFF the shoulder *extremely intense eye roll*. But honestly this one was too cute (and too cheap) to pass up. Oh well!

Despite my initial hesitation, I actually mostly enjoyed wearing this all day! I went to the mall for some birthday gift shopping for the little one (oh my gosh she’s getting so old – she’s hitting double digits next week!), then picked Charlee up from school, took these pictures, and ran errands! It did slide up a ton, but I also got a ton of compliments, so yeah, there’s that

Side note: how adorable is this purse? It’s very “Chanel” vibes – but was like a tenth of the price, probably more but… math. Get it from za links below!

I definitely think they key to getting “designer looks for less” is making sure your dupe piece has it’s own unique flare! If not it’ll just look like a bad copy-cat in my opinion! So this Chanel inspired bag from Zara was an obvious choice because of the quirky patches!

Shop the shorts at Gap, the top at Target, and the bag at Zara ❤

I was just looking at the garlic yesterday and guessing that the scapes would be arriving a few weeks earlier this year. Looking forward to enjoying their yummy goodness. I am so jealous of the cherries and soon to be blrbeeuries! The closest thing we have to berries at this point is the strawberry plants which are flowering profusely. No fruit yet.
