As this year comes to a close, I thought it would be fun to reflect on the biggest items we saw this year! These products are all really gorgeous, so they of course were all flaunted on insta! I am definitely not complaining about the abundance of shopping inspo though!
Chanel Two-Tone Slingbacks (photo via @songofstyle)
These grandma sandals first made their appearance after the Chanel 2015 NYFW show when alllll the coolest fashion insiders were gifted a pair. The Spring/Summer shoe that made Instagram headlines are sure to be in your local Chanel boutique in 2016!
Marysia Swim Scallop Bikini (photo via @chroniclesofher)
It’s hard to think about buying swimwear in this weather, but this scalloped bikini has been the “it” swimwear item for 2 years now! The simple designs and array of colors and styles make it easy to throw-and-go!
Chloe Faye Bag (photo via @stylemba)
Chloe in general blew up this year. Firs with the Marcie cross-body, then the Drew saddle bag, and now the Faye shoulder bag. Chloe cannot lose right now! I suggest snagging one now because I;m sure we’ll start seeing the prices climb over the next few years.
Balmain x H&M (photo via @hm)
I don’t even have to remind ya’ll how crazy this designer collab got. The line sold out in mere minutes, and now the pieces are being sold on ebay for almost as much as regular Balmain items! I definitely don’t suggest trying to get your hand on some now, but heaving beading, embroidery, and mini dresses are sure to stay in style because of Rousting’s intense influence.

The past few years have been all about minimalism. This style has influenced Instagram in a very real way, and also influenced fashion! Nothing looks more sophisticated and expensive than an all black outfit, and these Monsur Garviel bags are no exception. With clean lines, solid colors, and a reasonable price (for a designer bag that is), these bags are sure to continue being a hit.
Delfina Delettrez Eye Jewelry (photo via @chiaferragni)
Last, but certainly not least, Delfina Delettrez eye jewelry. These pieces combine the two biggest trends in jewelry: quirky flair, and dainty design. I mean c’mon, Chia Ferragni wears them.
