Co-ordinating in Black and White

To me black and white has been, and always will be, an instant classic. I firmly believe that even the most unforgiving outfits can still be revived if they’re monochromatic! I also feel this way about an all black outfit, but we’ll save that for another day when it is drastically cooler than Texas’ current 90 degrees. Yeah, that healthy glow you see isn’t amazing makeup skills – it’s sweat.

No matter the weather I was so ready to show off my new haircut for you guys. I was thinking of the best way to really make the new length stand out, and I just knew off-the-shoulder would look *perfect*. Getting to show off all that shoulder just feels so sexy, and so perfect for summer.

My second, though not distant second, favorite part of this look is the co-ordinating pieces. Also called: Twosies, Sets, and Co-Ords – these pieces are so easy to wear! They’re just like throwing on a dress, but with the up-side of being able to mix-and-match! For instance: I’ve worn this top with a different skirt here, and the skirt with a different top here!
